  • 2 dozens oysters
  • 30 G of caviar
  • 4 gelatine sheets
  • 10 Cl vodka
To make soak the gelatine sheets during 10 min. in cold water.
To make heat 10 vodka Cl and 50 water Cl then to water the gelatine sheets and to make take with the refrigerator.
To break the frost obtained in small dice with a fork.
Décoquiller oysters.
To poach oysters during 30 dryness in their water, mixed with vodka.
To serve oysters with the pieces of frozen and a spoon with caviar coffee.
